COPA COCA COLA CHAMPIONSHIP 2017 SET TO KICK OFF NEXT WEEK IN MASAKA
The annual Copa Coca. Cola schools championship will start from 9th May – 20th hosted by Masaka Secondary school following the completion of regional and zonal qualifiers.
Sixty schools will participate in one of Uganda’s finest players scouting avenues where many clubs will be represented in search for fresh talent.
Key names in Masaka are Vipers’ Tumwesige Frank (zaga) from St Marys Kitende ,. Mbarara City’s Makweth Awol from Citizens high school (Ankole), KCCA’s Allan Okello and last years top scorer (15 goal) Wanji Pius from St Mary’s Kitende
Among the favourites to win the trophy is defending champions Kibuli Secondary School, St marys kitende , Dynamic School, St Julian, Hosts Masaka secondary School, Ryakasinga Che and Old Kampala
Bunyoro region will be represented by Panyadoli Secondary School Kagadi Academy and Kabalega Secondary School
