What is Young Talent Football team?
​Young Talent Football Team is an award winning English-speaking football school founded by an experienced coach with 18+ years of experience in Hong Kong and overseas football leagues, with an emphasis on kids football classes & event planning.
What is the target age range of Young Talent Football team?
The school aims to nurture and develop talents in the football industry, specifically targeting individuals between the age of 1.5 - 14 years old. We designated professional football training program and exchange projects, which tailor made for both local and overseas young elites in Hong Kong.

Where does Young Talent Football team initiate their football training program?
Within the first year of incorporation, the school has successfully launched football training program for more than 1000 young elites in the American Club, Catholic Mission School, St. James' Settlement and 25 locations in Hong Kong, with the objective in promoting the importance of Healthy Exercise.

At the heart of our school lies the core value of "Develop With Passion," which permeates every aspect of our institution. We are dedicated to nurturing young athletes and transforming them into football elites through our comprehensive and specialized training programs. Our tailor-designed curriculum follows professional and systematic training methodologies, ensuring dynamics and effectiveness. To further enhance our approach, we have implemented a comprehensive evaluation system. Additionally, we are grateful for the generous support of local sponsors, which allows us to provide our students with state-of-the-art sports facilities and equipment.

What is Little Talent?
Little Talent, an initiative organized by YTFT, offers students an all-rounded education that extends beyond football. Through a diverse range of activities such as aviation and horse riding workshops, exploratory tours accompanied by exotic animals, ECO and STEM field trips, as well as cooking and table manners etiquette workshops, we provide a comprehensive learning experience. Our aim is to cultivate students holistically, broadening their horizons and equipping them with valuable skills and knowledge beyond the football field.

YOUNG TALENT FOOTBALL TEAM CYCLE OF DEVELOPMENT REWARD PROGRAM

Young Talent Football Team believes in positive motivation and constantly progressing. We are currently now launching our reward system to encourage consistency. If our kids Finish 10 classes, they are entitled to a COD 1 medal. Finished 20 classes, will be entitled to a COD 2 medal. Finished 30 classes, will be entitled to a COD 3 medal with a comprehensive evaluation report issued by our head coach, Coach Destiny. After completion of 70 classes, the student will be entitled to a trophy, correspondingly we also provide extensive and additional evaluations.
